Bitsy and Jimanekia are two sexual assault survivors and sexual educators devoted to guiding other survivors in everyday life. They will cover the different types of sexual trauma and provide a starting place for healthy processing. By the end of this class, you'll learn how to start the healing process and begin to handle the shame that may be connected with surviving a sexual trauma.

Bitsy is the Founder and CEO of More Than “NO,” a consent-culture non-profit. A self-described “Performance Activist,” she uses her skills to stimulate discussion and positive progress in her community. She holds a BA from UCLA in Theatre and regularly performs Neo-Burlesque in Los Angeles County and around the world. Bitsy produces Cabaret Con-Sensual, a live, monthly show in Hollywood where survivors of sexual assault and their allies can explore their frustrations and heal through performance in a fun, sex-positive, and supportive atmosphere.
Jimanekia Eborn is a sex educator and trauma specialist who has been working in the field of mental health for 8 years. She holds a BS from CBU in Psychology. She is currently the Director of Education for More than “NO”. She's also a facilitator for More Than Sex Ed., where she teaches adolescents from 4th-12th grade about sex education in a way that is inclusive, comprehensive, and fact-based. Jimanekia's passion is helping those who have experienced sexual trauma, which has allowed her to connect with teenagers and adults around the world.
